Refund and Returns Policy

 

By purchasing from [Retrobes], you agree to our refund and return policy.

 

Sale items

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Returns:

  • You have [3] days to return unused items in original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You’re responsible for return shipping; it’s non-refundable.
  • We do not process refunds on returns which you got because of your own inaccurate detailing during checkout.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund through email.
  • You’ll receive the credit within a week.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {info@retrobes.com} and send your item to: {Office Address}.
  • We do not replace items which you received because of your own inaccurate detailing while checkout.

Order Failure Rule

  • If an order fails due to non-acceptance or incorrect information, a refund will be processed, excluding any associated fees.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Contact us immediately for replacements or refunds.

COD Failure 

  • If a Cash on Delivery (COD) order fails due to non-acceptance or incorrect information, the customer may be restricted from placing future COD orders.

Paid Doorstep Failure

  • In the event of a failed doorstep online order due to non-acceptance or incorrect information provided by the customer, a refund will be processed, excluding returned shipping fees.

Late or missing refunds

  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
